Alpine Ski and Snowboard Race Team

The Powder Ridge Alpine Race Team is a comprehensive program that ranges from beginner racers through podium finishers. For skiers and snowboarders 8 years old and up who are ready to challenge themselves to grow in the sport of skiing and riding.

Our certified coaches will design programs for each athlete to help them reach their personal goals. Regardless of an athlete's level we are focused on maintaining a love of skiing and riding, solid fundamentals, good sportsmanship and stewardship of the outdoors and the alpine environment.

The Alpine race team competes in the CT Youth Ski League, a division of US Ski and Snowboard Association.  USSS memebership is required.

Athletes must be at least 8 years old unless they have a coach’s recommendation.   The team meets Saturdays and Sundays from 9-3 from mid-December through early March.

Program Fees: $1,400 along with a season pass and membership in their sanctioning organization.
